This high-revving motor is tuned for both highway cruising and light off-road excursions. The engine is paired with a 6-speed return-type gearbox, offering smooth gear transitions during long rides.

Fuel Economy and Emission Figures
The Kawasaki Versys X-300 is designed to be efficient as well. Kawasaki reports a fuel consumption rate of 4.1 litres per 100 km, while CO2 emissions are measured at 103 g/km, making it relatively eco-friendly in the entry-level adventure category.
